Marathon TS is hiring a Business Analyst to support our client in Raleigh, NC. Role is supporting State of NC Managed Care Transition Project (Medicaid). This is a hybrid role (3-4 days remote), and the best candidate will have the following skills:

Duties:

• Support Provider Operations activities to ensure the accurate, timely, and cost-effective implementation of

new and existing processes and functionality in both the NCTracks system and the new Provider Data
Management/Credentials Verification Organization (PDM/CVO) modules to includes requirements,
Customer service requests, service tickets, file maintenance requests, defects, training, and testing.

• Play an active role partnering with business leaders, teams, and stakeholders to understand and gain in-

depth understanding of critical business requirements.

• Analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions
• Develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes
• Liaison between the Business and the technical resources.
• Assist with other projects and activities as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year
